Lettuce with smoked salmon

Lettuce with smoked salmon and olives, a light main dish based on lettuce, for example red, enriched with diced smoked salmon, croutons and olives. Simple, isn't it?

Ingredients

Main course For 4 people

ca. 200 g of bread

1.2 l of olive oil

½ onion

8 tablespoons of vinegar, eg. herb vinegar

salt

pepper

300 g of leaf salad, eg. red lettuce

400 g of smoked salmon, e.g. dorsal fillet of salmon

150 g of olives with soft cheese

How to proceed

Preparation:

ca. 15 minutes

Cut the bread into cubes and brown them in a little olive oil, until they become beautifully crunchy on the outside. For the salad dressing, finely chop the onion and mix it with the vinegar and the rest of the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Chop the salad leaves into bite-sized pieces according to size and mix with the dressing.
